Basic Estate Plan
Our basic estate plan is for people who do not have any plan and includes the documents that almost everyone needs. For a fixed rate, this plan includes:
· Consultation
· Last Will and Testament
· Revocable Power of Attorney
· Letter of Wishes
Premium Estate Plan
Our premium estate plan is ideal for high net worth individuals, people with complicated assets, and blended families. We price our premium estate plan at a fixed fee per person and slightly higher fee per couple. It includes:
· Consultation
· Last Will and Testament (that includes a testamentary trust and guardianship directive for yourself or a minor child)
· Revocable Power of Attorney
· Letter of Wishes
